- Capacity and applicability: 2.2 liters (about 75 ounces), suitable for small and medium-sized dogs and cats, and can cover the amount of water for a single pet for 2-4 days (depending on the temperature and body type).

-Material: The main body is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, scratch-resistant, and not easy to breed bacteria. It can also be put into the upper layer of the dishwasher for cleaning (the pump and wire need to be separated and washed by hand).

- Filtration system: commonly used is a composite filter element of activated carbon + ion exchange resin + cotton layer, which can remove odors, impurities and some metal ions; it is recommended to replace it once every 2-4 weeks, and adjust according to the water quality and the amount of hair.

- Noise reduction tips: add a silicone pad or soft cloth to the bottom of the device to completely submerge the pump body and reduce resonance.

The rhythm of cleaning and maintenance

- Daily: replenish water, remove visible druff; quickly wipe the water outlet.

- Weekly: cleaning of the whole machine (steel basin, top cover, guide plate), gentle dishwashing essence + soft sponge; rinse the surface of the filter element (do not use hot water or detergent).

- Every 2–4 weeks: disassemble and wash the water pump and rotor, remove the hair and sludge; replace the filter at the same time. If there is a lot of hair or the water quality is hard, it is better to update it once every 2 weeks.

- Monthly (hard water area): Soak the steel basin and metal parts in white vinegar 1:1 solution for 10-20 minutes to remove the scale, and then rinse thoroughly with water.

Safety attention

- Line management: the wire is fixed along the wall to avoid being gnawed or tripped; if there is a habit of biting the wire, put on a spring cover or change to an anti-bite wire.

- Water shortage and power outage: choose the model with water shortage shutdown and low water level warning; fill up the water and check the pump start before going out for a long time.

- Multi-pet family: If there is food resource protection behavior, consider adding a second unit or placing the water dispenser in points.

Make pets more willing to drink

- Gradual introduction: put the new equipment aside first and maintain the original bowl, and gradually remove the original bowl after 2-3 days.

• Adjust the sound and reflection: Cats that are sensitive to sound/reflection should first use low flow and soft indoor light; you can add a guide at the outlet to reduce the sound of dripping water
• Maintain a sense of freshness: change the whole water every 2–3 days, especially in summer; occasionally add a few pieces of ice to enhance the attractiveness (don't overdo it to avoid cooling down too quickly).
