Heats up really warm 55 degrees is very warm on my knee but it goes all the way up to 70 i think it could be helping with my knee but not certain

The heat function works very well and is hot enough on the lowest setting 45. I am not sure the vibration function is very effective, although it does pulse quite strongly.
